STEVEN N DEL ROSARIO DREAMS: This article tray to say is that scientists have tried to explain, for many years, what dreams really are and what they mean. Now days, with early research psychologists have learn how dreams work, but they don’t know jet why do they come up, or for what. They discovered that in R.E.M. (rapid-eye movement) stage is when your brain has more activity, and so is when usually dreams occur. Psychologists say that people dream every time, but they just forget. But if a person is awoken directly from REM sleep (by an alarm clock or something), they are much more likely remember the dream from that REM cycle. Dreams can vary from reality to fiction, since flying like a bird, to remember something from the past. Sometimes dreams reflect moments that happen in your daily life, these dreams are called lucid dreams. In one study, people red with red-tinted goggles for a few minutes just before going to sleep. The next morning they reported seeing more red images in their dreams that people who didn't wear the red-tinted goggles. Studies show that dreams depends on a number of outside facts, like the red-tinted goggles test, our dreams are affected by our environment. The article continues with some theories, one says that dreams have some meaning; based upon the individual, not a set logic. Another one says that dreams have no meaning they’re just a random byproduct of the R.E.M. Even thou either theories are truth or not, they cannot be prove or disprove. So we end with a group that believe that dreams has a meaning, lake some many cultures, and other says that dreams are just effects, nothing more than just visions or memories deeply engraved in your subconscious reveled when you sleep.
Although we can't always recall the content of these short stories, scientists believe everyone dreams. There are many different theories as to why and methods for interpreting dreams. Theorists conclude that dreaming is nothing more than random brain activity that has little to no logical relevance. Even if dreams are random brain activity, they still may have psychological significance. For example, people who are depressed, withdrawn, and feeling low, often times will have dreams that represent these same feelings of melancholy. In addition, research has shown that women loaded primarily on negative factors (failure, loss of control, snakes-insects), men primarily on positive factors (magic-myth, alien life). In some cultures, the interpretations of dreams are significant. There are many different schools of thought regarding dream analysis. For example, Freud theorizes that our dreams are hidden messages that reveal wanted desires that need fulfilling. Carl Jung's clinical approach uses individual and dream analysis as keys to successfully interpreting a dream. Although there are no definite explanations on why we engage in dreaming and what dreams mean, we all do it’s the underlying reasons are still a mystery being researched.
Dreams is what you have whe=n you sleep, the are diferent teories of were they come from , the meaning and why we dream. Apperantly the drams have psychological meaning as for example emotion created for the dreamer. the drams happen in the uncoscious of the brain for moments or reaccion happend during the day. Cientifics said the everybody dreams some for couple seconds other up to 20 min. All this is part of the R.E.M wish is a stage produce of horisontal rapid movement of our eyes. The are two person Freud and Carl Jung wich bouth agree on the teory of the dreamer emotions affect the way of dreaming inclusive the did experiments in wich wommen dream of pain, insecure, insects and scary stuff and man dream more of magic, mythand alien thinks. This story also tell us about a other places wich takes serius the dreams and give us and example of the amazonic were the dreamer takes his own dreams and give them a meaning as for example if the ream is about elephans or exotic animals means the a plage will come. In this plce the dremer use his dreams to learn as natural medicin using plants and other just using his own dreams.
You dream in the R.E.M stage of sleep. They are a symbol and link to the inner core of the human subconcious. Dreaming is seen as a process in which the brain analyzes information. They often show the true intent and emotions. The emotional state of the dreamer can affect the dreams or how he/she recalls them. Dreams are dependant on outside factors such as gender, social status, culture, and personality. Some cultures think of dreams as sources of knowledge and channels of communication between multiple worlds. They even use dreams to develop the names for their own children.
wilmer rivera dreams are this things you want in life that are maybe hard, difficult, and or impossible to obtain. not only that but as well are a way of communication by God. to some cultures its a way of preventing some catastrophic thing or a way of communicating something important. REM stage of sleep. According to Sigmund Freud, dreams were heavy in symbolism and often showed the true intent and emotions of a human being. Freud saw dreams as wish fulfillment: disguised ways to satisfy unconscious desires that are too upsetting to face consciously. Dreams might therefore offer clues to unconscious conflicts. Freud For instance, sexual desires might appear in a dream as the rhythmic motions of a horseback ride, or conflicting feelings about a parent might appear as a dream about a fight. Freud called dreams the "royal road" to the knowledge of the unconscious mind.
Dreams are not more than your imagination blowing out in the REM stage. Images, voices, sounds and even sensations come to your mind when you are sleeping and the brain tries to put them all together into a logical thought. But we can not always remember the dreams, because the REM stage is constantly interrupted by a period called "Delta Sleep", which causes the previews dream to fade or leave your mind. Also there are different theories of what dreams are and what they mean. Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung are scientists that have posted theories about dreams, what they are and what they mean. Although scientists think that, some tribes in the amazonian area think that dreams are predictions of the future. Some of them say they can know, see and learn about what they dream because it is a diagnosis of the present and they can acquire knowledge with dreams.
The article basically talks about dreams, which are images of the subconscious. Even though some scientists believe that dreams are just random brain activity which is projected into images, others beg to differ as they say that they are mental projections of the human’s daily life. However there is no certain way of knowing what they are being that scientists are yet unable to fully study the way a person dreams. Scientists state that dreaming occurs in the R.E.M. which is random eye movement and that while in this state the person’s dreams are interrupted by “delta sleep” which causes the memory to shift from one dream to another which in turn causes the previous dream to fade and the dreamer less likely to remember that dream. This means that people don’t have just one dream but several dreams while they sleep, but they only remember the most recent one. The article also talks about how Sigmund Freud viewed the art of dreaming, stating that they communicate through symbols with the dreamer and although Carl Jung viewed dreams the same way, he agreed with Sigmund up to a certain point, implying that every dreamer is different and there are no standardized symbols for everyone. Furthermore, Indian tribes believe that dreams are much more than just random pictures that your mind projects when you sleep; they believe that dreams can also foretell the future and fortune of a person. They used certain symbols to interpret what situations and circumstances they would face in the day and they even live their lives according to their dreams because they believe that they have some kind of connection with the spiritual world.
A dream is really an area that is not very clear. However a definition could be that the dreams are images that are formed in the mind of a person when he is sleeping. Now according to scholars it can come in way consciously or unconsciously. But it is believed that the reason why we dream is for several reasons. First are the repressed wishes that a person has in life, but in reality cannot doing, then uses the dream to steam and on the other hand what affects us in daily life. He also understood something very important, that not all dreams can recall. This often happens, when one rises does not remember the dream. In addition the amount of sleep time may vary according to some scientists. But sometimes the dreams have important significance that can help to understand what is in the mind of the person.
The subject of dreams has been a difficult one because the subconscious is involved, but thanks to recent studies done by psychologists and scientists can have a more specific explanation about dreams. Most dreams occur in REM stage (although they can occur at other stages). Dreams that occur at this stage are the easiest to remember. The article mentions that if REM sleep is interrupted (by an alarm for example) is very likely to remember. For psychologists, our everyday activities and emotions can have an effect on sleep. Among the first to theorize about the dream was Sigmund Freud, who saw the dream as a way to satisfy unconscious wishes.Another theorist who spoke about the dreams it was Jung, who was based in Freudian theory (but differ a bit). Another theory to explain the theory of dreams is activation - synthesis. According to the article, people with depression (or any emotional disorder), most often have dreams that reflect their feelings. The theme of dreams is a very interesting, but also very subjective, and unconscious level that you can not do much There have been several studies and one of them was in Canada where the data collected I found very impressive: the Women carry negative factors and positive men. In every culture, dreams are viewed in different ways.
This article tries to explain what dreams are and what causes them. It argues that dreams are products of everyday images, experiences, fears and deepest feelings and desires of the unconscious that occur in dreams when we sleep. Sigmund Freud attaches great importance or relevance to the unconscious mental content. Also mentioned as lucid dream is and how dreams occur in REM. Dreams are interpreted in different ways and can be subjective agree with the culture and other factors.

We can discover so many things in dreams, we should explore them, discover new things and enjoy them so you can find out what is your dream.
